Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached and original packaging intact
  • A valid order number or receipt must be provided

How to Start a Return:

Email us at support@ashford-australia.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will send you the Return Adress and instructions.

Please do not send back any items without prior approval — unauthorised returns will be refused.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from our return policy:

  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Gift cards and digital downloads
  • Hygiene items (e.g. skincare or cosmetics)
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)
  • Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable substances)

If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product:

  • Initiate a return request using the steps above
  • Once approved and refunded, place a new order for the desired item

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Funds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, processing may take an additional 3–5 business days.

Haven’t received your refund?

  • Please contact us if your refund hasn’t appeared within 15 business days after approval

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by emailing us at support@ashford-australia.com.

After this time frame, cancellations are no longer possible due to automatic processing.

 

Australia Customers

If your order is delivered to Australia, you are entitled under Australian Consumer Law to request a return, exchange, or refund if the item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees.

 

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resaleable condition (unless faulty)

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt) must be included with your return

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days but may be subject to return shipping costs
